Shipping FAQ

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number. We also send update notifications as your package progresses.

Address changes are possible only before your order has been processed for shipping. Please contact our customer service immediately at [email protected] if you need to update your shipping address.

All shipments are insured and trackable. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your Denim Tears items.

Yes! We offer next-day and express shipping options for urgent orders. Please note that expedited shipping only affects transit time - processing time remains 1-2 business days unless you contact us for rush processing.

International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and handling fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility. We declare all packages at full retail value.
